Saad Group of Industries was established by two prominent pioneers of Bangladesh Textile Industrialists — Nurul Islam who began his professional career in the textile industry in 1980 and Nur-E-Yasmin Fatima who followed her father's footsteps accordingly.

Today the company is a leading vertically integrated textile company in Bangladesh — a complete composite with spinning, ball warping, rope dyeing, LCB, sizing, weaving, inspection and pilot washing. Fully compliant, certified and regulated by international bodies ensuring trust, ethics, quality and innovation.
We are capable of producing 72 million yards of denim annually with high capacity for our non-denim sector as well. We have a world-class ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) ensuring environmentally compliant effluent conforming to Bangladesh government standards.

How We Work
The denim products are made in a variety of constructions using Ring Spun Yarn from Comb to compact, Open End, Structured yarn and blended Spandex yarn. Various dyeing colors and finishing processes create new value-added looks and unique shades.
Our Capacity
We are capable of producing 72 million yards of denim annually, with high capacity for our non-denim sector. We have our own garments with approximately 2.5 million garment pieces monthly. Greenville brand rope dyeing with 38 million yards per annum.
